Ukraine

• Exhibition of weapons of Russian origin and documents, seized and captured by Ukrainian Armed Forces during the antiterrorist operation, opened in Kyiv Museum of World War II by the Ministry of Defense. Items presented there include various modifications of hand grenade launchers and flamethrowers, antipersonnel mines, portable jet-fighting missiles, multiple rocket launchers «Grad", gun motor carriage "Nona" and antipersonnel mine MON-50, that are not produced in Ukraine and are used by Russian army. Security Service of Ukraine,  denounced scheme and flows of terrorists financial support and mercenaries recruitment, cash transfers for killing of Ukrainian militaries and civilians, as well as blocked lots of transit accounts, related to sponsorship of terrorists.
• Privatization of Ukrnafta and Odessa Portside Plant have been launched by Ukrainian government. On top of that, such assets as Sumyhimprom, Turboatom, various distilleries, regional and city gas distribution companies, have been included to the privatization list.

• У Києві на території музею вітчизняної війни міністерство оборони України відкрило виставку озброєнь російського походження і документів, вилучених і захоплених у бойовиків в ході проведення антитерористичної операції.
• Серед представленого зброї - різні модифікації ручних гранатометів і вогнеметів, протипіхотні міни, ПЗРК, БМ-21 "Град", самохідна артилерійська установка "Нона" і протипіхотні міни МОН-50, які в Україні не виробляються і які є на озброєнні російської армії. СБУ оприлюднила схеми фінансових потоків для вербування найманців, виплати їм грошової винагороди за вбивства українських військових і мирних жителів, вилучила великі суми в готівці і заблокувала десятки транзитних рахунків, через яких фінансувалися терористи.
• Кабмін запустив процес приватизації та продажу Укрнафти і Одеського припортового заводу. 
  Крім того, до приватизаційного списку включені Сумихімпром, Турбоатом, спиртзаводи, а також обл-і міськгази та енергетичні компанії.

• President of Ukraine Mr. Poroshenko appointed Ukrainian militaries, who’ve been actively involved in the anti-terrorist operation, as heads of District State Administrations in Donetsk region.
• Police colonel Kryschenko from Gorlivka, appointed as head of Slovyansk District State Administration, "Donetsk" battalion commander Mateychenko – as the one in Artemivsk.
• Official exchange rates of Ukrainian Hryvnya (UAH), established by the National Bank of Ukraine are as follows: 11.70 UAH / 1$ (+4 cop), 15.91 UAH / 1€ (-1 cop) and 3.43 UAH/10 rubles (-4 cop). Market exchange rate fluctuated within the range of 11,65-11,80 UAH / 1$ and 15,87-16,08 UAH / 1€.

Kyiv

• Kiev prosecutor Mr. Yuldashev demanded that mayor Mr. Klitschko and City State Administration Chief Mr. Moroz should start to clean Maidan from protesters, unblock major highways and free occupied administrative buildings.

• Day before during the briefing, General Prosecutor of Ukraine Mr. Yarema, mentioned forced dispersal of Maidan is an option. At the same time, Director of analytical research center "Urban Institute" Alexander Sergienko, believes that dedicated memorial complex could be created at the actual place of barricades on Instytutska street.

War in Ukraine

• Anti-terrorist operation in Donbass is ongoing. Combat operations being carried out in the western outskirts of Donetsk and in Lugansk region. Casualties being continuously reported from Ukrainian antiterrorist operation forces, as well as among civilians.

• Fighting for Karlivka village, close to the Donetsk International Airport, have been going during the day. Ukrainian air forces carried out strikes on terrorist strongholds on Saur-Mohyla, near Karlivka, in Lugansk region – near the border checkpoint "Izvaryno" and in Rovenky. Day before, DPR (Donetsk People Republic) terrorists released 8 prisoners in Tores during attack on the detention center. Seversk city, Trehizbenka town and border checkpoint "Chervonopartyzansky" have been liberated from terrorists. Separatists carry out roads mining and attack Ukrainian military column on the move. Border checkpoint "Dolzhansky" have been shelled with mortars. Six Russian military helicopters violated the airspace of Ukraine in Lugansk region.
• Around 150 persons out of whom about 100 civilians, being currently held as hostages by terrorists in Donbass, as stated on the briefing in Kharkov by Iryna Gerashchenko, Ukrainian Representative to peace talks on Donbass. Terrorists continuously take hostages, torture and gouge them throughout Donbass.

World and Ukraine

• In a conversation with President of Ukraine Mr. Poroshenko, US Vice President Mr. Biden reassured that the US are ready to provide financial support to rebuild infrastructure of eastern Ukraine from the consequences of the war unleashed by terrorists.

• Ukraine accrued UAH 200 millions to Russia as a compensation for unlawful use of airspace over Crimea peninsula. Minister Justice Mr. Petrenko mentioned that ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization) recognizes the sole right of Ukraine on Crimean airspace and can exclude Russian Federation, that would lead to the impossibility of international flights for the later. 1 million USD in fines, being claimed by Ukraine to Russian airlines on a daily basis.
• Russia accused Ukraine of shelling on border checkpoint "Gukovo", with 260 refugees placed there during the accident. No casualties have been reported. Taking into account concentration of Russian troops on theUkrainian bodred, this incident can be used by Russian Federation as a pretext for open aggression.

• Президент Порошенко призначив головами районних адміністрацій в Донецькій області військових, які брали активну участь в антитерористичній операції.
  Главою Слов'янської РДА призначено полковника міліції Крищенко з Горлівки, Артемівської - командир батальйону "Артемівськ" Матейченко.
• НБУ встановив такі офіційні курси валют по відношенню до гривні: 11,70 грн/$ (+4 коп), 15,91 грн/€ (-1 коп), 3,43 грн/10 руб (-4 коп).
  На міжбанку котирування коливалися в межах 11,65-11,80 грн/$, 15,87-16,08 грн/€.

• Прокурор Києва Юлдашев висунув вимогу до мера Кличко і начальника ГУ МВС у Києві Мороза почати процес очищення Майдану від мітингувальників, розблокування транспортних магістралей і звільнення захоплених адміністративних будівель.
  Днем раніше Генпрокурор України Ярема на брифінгу не виключив силового розгону Майдану. Водночас, директор аналітико-дослідницького центру "Інститут міста" Олександр Сергієнко вважає, що на місці барикад на Інститутській можна створити меморіальний комплекс.

• General Prosecutor Mr. Yarema, stressed on the briefing at the General Prosecutor’s Office, that Maidan already reached obsolescence in its present form, and can be broken up by any means, including the use of force. At the moment, it doesn’t represent the people who were protesting there in winter, being rather a source of transgressions and homeless, as well as doesn’t serve anymore its initial purpose after the Presidential elections. Subjects hosted on Maidan are illegally  seizing administrative and private buildings, as well as live asocial life. At the same time, Kyiv city mayor Mr. Klitschko express hope to reach compromise with Maidaners in order to avoid the forced dismantling.

• Office of General Prosecutor is getting ready to resume the Gongadze case and plan to submit cases of ex-president Viktor Yanukovych, and his associates, accused of peculation of funds and Maidan dispersal.

• Proposal of parliamentary immunity deprivation and criminal prosecution, will be soon submitted to Verkhovna Rada will be logged on depriving parliamentary immunity and criminal prosecution of the deputies, accused of terrorists and separatists support.

• Active Maidan participant, former General Manager of Microsoft Ukraine Mr. Shymkiv, has been appointed as Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration. He will be particularly in charge of administrative, social and economic reforms and cooperation with the Government, the Verkhovna Rada and the civil society, on related matters. .
