● Ukrainian parliament officially recognized antiterrorist operation (ATO) participants as military combatants, from now on eligible for all social security guarantees.

● Russian Federation Security Council meeting, chaired by President Mr. Putin, addressed situation in Donbass.
● Russian President Vladimir Putin accused President of Ukraine Mr. Poroshenko of bearing full responsibility for the situation in Ukraine.
● Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, taking place in Baku, adopted a resolution condemning Russian aggression and occupation of the territory of Ukraine, destabilizing situation in eastern Ukraine.
● European Council Ambassadors meeting failed to approve new sanctions for Russian federation, as reported by Reuters.
