According to the media, Russia strikes Ukraine with ultimatum. Russia demands from Ukraine to walk away from a possibility to become a member of NATO and the EU. Ukraine forwarded in the intent to sue Russia in the European Court of Human Rights. Political Parties which are members of the coalition in Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, fighting for seats in the new Government.

President Poroshenko signed a number of decrees including on emergency measures to ensure the state security, on stabilization of the situation within occupied territories and on energy security of the country. Situation in eastern Ukraine remains tense, number of Russian military units increase in the region, probability of an active campaign is quite high. Russia blocked the extension of control over the border by the OSCE mission. The government is busy with issues of energy security and increasing generation of electricity without the use of natural gas. The heating season started earlier than planned.
