- Dutch Foreign Minister Koenders said that the Government will have to take into account the results of the referendum regarding the Agreement on Association of Ukraine and the EU, which will take place in April. The preliminary estimates show that about half of the respondents are against the Agreement. Some Dutch media suggest that the votes against the Agreement will provide substantial support for Russia and pro-Russian militants who shot down the Malaysian airliner over the Donbass.
- German Chancellor Merkel thinks that the Schengen Agreement will be in jeopardy if the external EU borders are not protected. Numerous demonstrations against the refugees were held across all the Europe on Saturday, in all countries the number of attacks on migrant camps is growing. The Austrian Government demanded from the European Commission additional funds for the refugees support. Turkey claimed that it will not close the border with Syria for the people affected by the Assad regime and the Russian air strikes.
- Russia rejected the US proposal on mutual reduction of the nuclear arsenals, justifying this by deployment of the US missile defense system, sanctions and lag in the field of conventional arms.
- Russian Finance Minister Siluanov said that with the oil prices below $ 30 per barrel, the country will have to spend the reserve funds, unless the budget expenses are reduced.

- Deputy General Prosecutor Kasko said that the procedure of returning of the funds stolen by Yanukovych and officials of his regime will take at least five years, and, judging by the speed of the investigation, the process will be delayed for a longer period. Kasko considers the statement of Prime Minister Yatsenyuk on return of 40 billion hryvnia of such assets groundless, since nothing was returned to the budget so far. He believes that the arrest of the "family" foreign assets is a merit of his colleagues from other countries. According to him, the reforms that were conducted by Deputy General Prosecutor Sakvarelidze, were blocked by the department leadership. Kasko said that the political responsibility for the appointment of the General Prosecutor and the activities of the Prosecutor's Office bears the President.
