• President Poroshenko called on the deputies of the Verkhovna Rada before November 9 to support the bills required to obtain a visa-free regime with the EU.
• The Central Electoral Commission dissolved the territorial commissions of Mariupol and Krasnoarmeysk and asks the Parliament to appoint the elections in these cities on November 15th.
  The Supreme Administrative Court confirmed the need for a second round of elections for the Mayor in Pavlograd.
  The representatives of five parties were elected to the Kyiv city council. Petro Poroshenko Blok lost the majority in the council.
• The General Prosecutor announced that deputy Mosiychuk recognized the guilt, but the press service of the latter on his behalf stated that he withdrew the confessions, which were  obtained under torture.
  Police failed to deliver the notices for questioning to deputies Vilkul , Novinsky and Korolevska.
  The General Prosecutor 's Office withdrew from the Verkhovna Rada representation for the arrest of deputy Klyuev "for further development."
• In Chernihiv a session of the court to choose a preventive measure for the "Ukrop"party leader  Korban was held. After he felt sick in the courtroom, an ambulance was called. Corban was hospitalized. The Court session should continue the next day. Assistant of deputy  Filatov,  candidate for mayor of Dnipropetrovsk, was arrested with regard to the case of Korban.
• In Odessa, near the House of Trade Unions took place clashes between the democratic forces and pro-Russian demonstrators, who wanted to hold a rally in honor of the tragedy of May 2nd, 2014.
• Gazprom's share in the supplies of natural gas to Ukraine decreased to 39%.
• Hryvnia exchange rate continues to slowly decrease: 23,02 ₴ / $ (+0,03 UAH), 25,39 ₴ / € (+0,06 UAH), 3,61 ₴ / 10 ₽ (+0,04 UAH).

• Fighting in the surroundings of Donetsk does not stop. In Peski and Avdeyevka at night militants shot Ukrainian troops positions from small arms and grenade launchers. According to official data, there are no losses among the troops there. The army did not open fire in response.
• In Svatovo there was one more explosion at the ammunition depot, the fire after which was immediately extinguished. The bodies of two soldiers killed in the tragedy were found .

• The experts of the "Stratfor" analytical service are considering a bomb explosion on board as one of the possible causes of the crash of the Russian airplane in Egypt.

• The MPs point to the ambiguity of interpretation of the bills proposed by the President, which might lead to the risk of bias towards the presidential branch. Poroshenko insists that without their adoption Ukraine will lose the possibility of introducing a visa-free regime next year.
• Users of social networks call the attempt to deliver the notices for questioning to the deputies of the opposition blok regarding the cases of little importance a clumsy imitation by the Ukrainian authorities of the reforms in the justice and law enforcement agencies at the request  of the public and the West. The SBU statement about the shot at the General Prosecutor's office is considered a provocation with the aim of diverting public’s attention from the problems of "selective justice" and the process in Chernihiv involving leader of the  "Ukrop" party Korban. The experts believe that the actions of the SBU and General Prosecutor press services, demonstrating editted videos as evidence of guilt in high-profile criminal cases, are non-professional and related to politics and an attempt of pressure on society and the press. In addition, questions are being raised regarding the legitimacy of the SBU investigation into economic crimes, including tax evasion by  "Brusnichka" network of shops , which is owned by oligarch Akhmetov.
