The deputies of the Verkhovna Rada adopted a bill increasing the one-time assistance in the event of the death of military servicemen or in the event they receive a disability in the first reading.
The bill on mandatory disclosure of information of subsoil areas users' business activities related to mining was adopted.

NATO Secretary General Stoltenberg and European Commission President Juncker at a joint press conference announced the development of military cooperation in a hybrid war. Stoltenberg said that there is a high probability of a large-scale attack of Russian troops and militias under Russian control in the Donbass region in the near future. He said that NATO is able to deal with the Russian threat and deploy military units on the territory of the NATO countries within a few days.
