- "Marches of Dignity" were held In Kiev and major Ukrainian cities in honor of the anniversary of the events on the Maidan. A terrorist attack took place during the event in Kharkov, where 3 people have been killed and more than 10 injured. A state of anti-terrorist operation has been introduced in the city. SBU prevented several terrorist attacks in Odessa and Kharkov.
- President Poroshenko held short talks with European leaders, who came to support the action in honor of the anniversary of the Maidan.
Ukraine at War
- The leaders of terrorist "republics" DPR and LPR refused to withdraw heavy weapons under the disguise of a "holiday" and said that the process will start on February 24, as they have “two weeks” for this action to start according to the Minsk Agreement. ATO speaker Mr. Lysenko said that Ukrainian troops began withdrawal of weapons and do not use artillery in response to the attacks.

- In Shirokino near Mariupol, heavy fighting continues with the use of all kinds of weapons against the Ukrainian army, including novelty Russian ammunition. Many servicemen of volunteer regiment "Azov" were wounded.
