● Prime Minister of Ukraine, Mr. Yatsenuk asked Donetsk region governor Mr. Taruta to restore life sustenance infrastructure of liberated Slovyansk in 24 hours. This includes resumption of operation of public, law enforcement, justice, health and educational institutions, Oschadbank, communication systems, food and water supply. Neighboring Kharkiv and Luhansk regions should support the process.

● Maidan self-defense moves from the Maidan square to Kyiv fortress. As protesters are not willing to leave Kyiv, they’re moving to the territory of the architectural complex «Kiev fortress» (in Pechersk). Decision has been taken, as initial Maidan and Self-Defense ideas have been discredited by other protesters who’ve very recently settled in the main square of the Ukrainian capital. Just one tent of Self-Defense will remain stationed on Maidan square.
● Archbishop of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church (under Moscow Patriarchate) Vladimir, passed away. He departed out of this world at 79, after a siege of illness. In fact, he had not acted as Archbishop due to poor health, since February 2014. This event will inevitably lead to confrontation between Ukraine and Russia on the appointment of a new Archbishop. «Ukraine should think of choosing a person that will serve the interests of Ukrainian people first but not Moscow», as stressed by the head of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church under Kyiv Patriarchate, Filaret.

● Terrorists left Slovyansk, Druzhkivka, Konstantynivka and Kramators’k, Ukrainian flags have been set on town halls of these cities. Huge amount of weapons and uniforms of Russian origin left abandoned by terrorists there. Fights continued in Kramatorsk. Terrorists-militants moved to Donetsk on armored personnel carriers and under forced cover of civilian hostages, afterwards attempting to attack the airport. Fightings have been ongoing between two groups of terrorists in Chervonopartyzansk, Lugansk region, as reported by head of the "Information resistance» center, Mr. Tymchuk. Russian "Cossacks" and Chechens were among the fighters. Ukrainian air forces destroyed two terrorists tanks, attempting to attack International Airport in Lugansk. Ukrainian Coast Guard checkpoint near Sedovo-Novoazovsk, was shelled by mortars and casualties were reported.
● Leader of Crimean People Medjlis, Mr. Chubarov was banned to enter Crimea. Crimea «Prosecutor» Natalia Poklonskaya, appointed by Russian authorities, announced the ban to Mr. Chubarov at Chongar checkpoint, at the border of occupied Crimea. In turn, Mr. Chubarov demanded to have the announcement being done in state Crimean Tatar language (as per the new "Constitution of Crimea"), but was refused. He have been also banned from entering Russia for 5 years. Entry to the Crimea have been also introduced to the previous leader of the Medjlis, Mustafa Dzhemilev.
