Pseudo-elections, which took place in selected districts of Luhans’k and Donetsk regions, are not recognized by the international community but welcomed by Russia. “Humanitarian convoys” intrude Ukraine almost on a daily basis.

Ukraine

• President Poroshenko declared that “elections” in selected districts of Donetsk and Luhans’k regions are breaching the agreements reached in Misk and are not free. Foreign Affairs Ministry and SSU warned that foreign nationals participating in the “elections” will face legal consequences. Protests of forced re-settlers against the “elections” and realization of Abkhaziya scenario took place in various Ukrainian cities.

War in Ukraine

• Despite warnings from the World leaders of unacceptability of violating the Minsk agreements, terrorist republics DPR and LPR conducted the “elections” at gunpoint and were able to count votes and announce the results in 24 hours. SSU intercepted conversations of one of the DPR leaders Boroday with his Moscow masters. Mass provocations at voting points were prevented due to the strong information wave from the side of mass media. Terrorists were giving free vegetables to the voters. Terrorist authorities announced that voting attendees are being considered as mobilization reserve for the DPR “army”.
• The day of relative silence was marked by deaths of 3 Ukrainian military. Militants shelled two residential settlements in Luhans’k region.  Defenders of Donetsk airport re-gained control over the new terminal.
• Russian “humanitarian convoys”, containing unknown goods, are flowing to Ukraine without any customs clearance and supervision from the side of international humanitarian organizations. Ukrainian Foreign Affairs ministry urged to stop provocations with “convoys”.
• SSU massively captures subversive groups responsible for terrorist attacks preparation in various cities of Ukraine.
• Former Information Minister of DPR Bloha, who’ve been handing over Ukrainian patriots and journalists to terrorists, was exchanged for captured Ukrainian military.

International

• Russia, as previously announced by Putin, recognized the “elections” in Luhans’k and Donetsk terrorist “republics”. The EU and the US didn’t recognize the results and warned about violation of the Minsk agreements.

Trends

• Absence of the country leadership in the information space during the weekends and despite of important events taking place becomes systematic.
• Declarations of former German Chancellors Kohl, Shreder and Shmidt, that further sanctions against Russia are inadmissible, confirms that the later massively sponsors propaganda war against Europe and the USA.
