● Ukrainian parliament officially recognized antiterrorist operation (ATO) participants as military combatants, from now on eligible for all social security guarantees. 

● Official exchange rate of Ukrainian Hryvnia, established by National Bank equals 11.79 UAH / 1 USD (-4 cop) and 16.09 UAH / 1 EUR (+1 cop). 

● Alcohol and cigarettes taxes went up +25% in Ukraine from 1 of July. 

● National Commission for Utilities Regulation approved 2 folds increase of water supply public price.

● Barricades being continuously dismantled at Khreshchatyk square. 

War in Ukraine

● As antiterrorist operation (ATO) restarted, Ukrainian military started heavy armament fire on terrorists positions within the frontline zone of 

Donetsk and Lugansk regions. 

● Heavy fights of ATO forces with terrorists are taking place westwards of Donetsk, in Maryinka and Karlivka. 

● Lugansk International Airport being fully controlled by Ukrainian military, despite major routes have been mined by terrorists. 

● LPR (Lugansk People Republic) terrorists hijacked journalist and cameraman of Hromadske TV, accusing them of spying for Ukrainian army. 

● 1 policemen shot dead and 4 injured during terrorists attack on Donetsk Regional Police Department building.

World and Ukraine

● Russian Federation Security Council meeting, chaired by President Mr. Putin, addressed situation in Donbass. 

● Russian President Vladimir Putin accused President of Ukraine Mr. Poroshenko of bearing full responsibility for the situation in Ukraine. 

● Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, taking place in Baku, adopted a resolution condemning Russian aggression and occupation of the territory of Ukraine, destabilizing situation in eastern Ukraine. 

● European Council Ambassadors meeting failed to approve new sanctions for Russian federation, as reported by Reuters.
